Each #deMINIcube Gift Bouquet is designed and delivered by our professional delivery service.

Kindly place your order at least Two (2) days in advance as our "Standard Delivery" takes up to 2-3 working days after an order is placed (excludes Sunday & Public Holidays). However, we do have "Same Day Delivery" and "Next Day Delivery". Please refer to HERE for our Delivery Area & Charges.

  • Our current #deMINIcube Gift Bouquet deliveries are on Mondays to Saturday. We do not do deliveries on Sunday or Public Holiday.
  • We only deliver to selected areas in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor at the moment.
  • We offer "Same Day Delivery", "Next Day Delivery" and "Standard Delivery".
  • We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.
  • To maintain fairness to all our customers, specific time deliveries are not available. Hence, any specific time request stated in the remarks column will not be entertained.
  • Although we will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, we cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the postal service that we use or anything else that is not within our control.
  • For any changes of delivery address, you must contact us via email or Whatsapp within 24hours of placing an order to ensure that no deliveries are sent out to the wrong address. We will not provide refunds for any deliveries scheduled/made to the wrong location.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient is present at the shipping address during the time frame of delivery. No refund will be made if the #deMINIcube Gift Bouquet has been delivered to the desired shipping address prescribed by the customer. In the event of any re-scheduled or re-routed delivery upon the request of the sender/recipient, a re-delivery fee of RM 30.00 will be applied.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your order if it becomes apparent to us that the postal or courier service in your area is too unreliable. We value our customers and our ability to deliver, so where we can’t, we won’t risk disappointing you. 
  • In the event of a non-delivery, please contact us at It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 1 day of the scheduled delivery date in order to claim a refund. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to a refund.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Same Day Delivery - Order and payment received before 1pm (local time) to receive your order in the same day (excludes Sunday & Public Holiday)

Next Day Delivery - Order and payment received before 3pm (local time) to receive your order in 1 working day. Orders made after 3pm will take an additional working day. (Working day excludes Sunday & Public Holiday)

Standard Delivery – Deliveries take up to 2 - 3 working days after you place your order (excludes Sunday & Public Holiday) 


Can I online purchase with Self pickup?

Of course you can! 

  • We are located at No. 68A (1st Floor) Jalan Hujan Rahmat 2, Taman Overseas Union, 58200 Kuala Lumpur. We are located at the same row as Sri STEVEN CORNER OUG.
  • We would appreciate a call or a text before you make your way over. This will give us ample time to prepare your order and make sure everything is ready by the time you enter the shop.
  • Our shop is located at a heavy traffic area, thus getting a parking spot may prove to be a little challenging. Fret not, give us a ring once you're around the corner and we will bring the #deMINIcube Gift Bouquet to your car.


Can I walk-in and purchase with Pickup Option?

You are more than welcome to our shop. At our shop, you get to pick and choose your desired #deMINIcube Gift Bouquet for your loved ones. We will also give you a 10% INSTANT REBATE of the #deMINIcube Gift Bouquet purchased; ; excluding the Delivery Fee (if any apply)

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Unfortunately, CODis not available at the moment. Your order will only be processed once payment has been received.

Non Delivery

We do everything we can to ensure our #deMINIcube Gift Bouquet are delivered. If for any reason we made a mistake and deliveries don’t turn up, (i.e. if your #deMINIcube Gift Bouquet have not arrived within the delivery time frame, please contact our customer care at to inform us. We will send you a replacement on our next available delivery date, or a refund. If we offer you a refund, please note that banks generally take up to 10 business days to process and transfer the funds into your account. Some banks can take up to 15-30 days, or until your next billing cycle.
