All products displayed at www.minime.com.my are all ready-made. Each product is limited in quantity. Do take note that you will be receiving the product exactly as you see it displayed here. Therefore, please confirm all orders prior to checking out.
We always ensure our #deMINIcube Gift Bouquet is packaged and wrapped well before it is sent out to you. However, if we have made a mistake by sending you the wrong product item(s), kindly email us a photo of your wrongly received item(s) together with a short description and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt. We will exchange and replace the item(s) as soon as we can after confirming the mistake. If we offer you a refund, please note that banks generally take up to 10 business days to process and transfer the funds into your account. Some banks can take up to 15-30 days, or until your next billing cycle.
We will not be able to replace, exchange or refund item(s) purchased under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind regarding the product.
- Colour of the product you received did not match the colour display as seen on your computer monitor.
- Spelling errors made by you on your order.
- When the #deMINIcube Gift Bouquet delivery attempt was made and the #deMINIcube Gift Bouquet was either refused to be received or the recipient was not at the location. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient is present at the shipping address during the time frame of delivery.
- When the delivery was made "LATE". Our delivery operations is between 10am and 6pm. As to maintain fairness to all our customers, specific time deliveries are not available. Hence, any specific time request stated in the remarks column will not be entertained."TIME REMARK" IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO WORKPLACE CLOSING HOUR.
- When the #deMINIcube Gift Bouquet has been received and the purchaser/recipient requests an exchange.
- When defects of purchased item(s) was not caused by miniME Boutique and/or our delivery person.
